Our role is to offer structured, non-binding evaluations that support internal review and informed decision-making by patients, healthcare providers, insurers, TPAs, and other requesting parties.

Our Approach

All evaluations are conducted through human expert review. Each case is analyzed within a clearly defined scope and based solely on the information available in the documentation provided. No assumptions are made beyond the submitted materials.

Our analyses are independent, non-binding, and expressed using supportive, non-decisional language. The findings are intended to inform — not replace — professional judgment by treating providers, payers, or other responsible decision-makers.

Independence and Professional Integrity

We operate independently from healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders. Our evaluations do not issue medical advice, treatment recommendations, or determinations related to coverage, authorization, or payment.

Final clinical, administrative, and financial decisions always remain with the appropriate professionals and institutions.
